About Peter Julius
Peter Julius is a professionally trained hypnotherapist with a deep commitment to helping individuals create meaningful, lasting change.
Born in 1976 in the village of Nykøbing Sjælland, Denmark, Peter was raised in Fuglebjerg, where strong values, simplicity, and human connection shaped his early life. Growing up in a grounded environment taught him the importance of responsibility, empathy, and respect for others.
Over the years, Peter has lived and worked across Europe, including nearly nine years in Barcelona, Spain, and close to nine years in London, England. He currently resides in Torremolinos, near Málaga in southern Spain, where he lives overlooking the ocean, sharing his home with two adopted cats, Beyonce and Rihanna.
Peter is professionally trained in Advanced Conversational Hypnotherapy (ACH) and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). Drawing from his training and hands-on experience, he developed his own personalized approach known as The Julius Hypnotherapy Method. This method combines proven hypnotherapy techniques into a focused, results-oriented process designed to address emotional challenges at their root.
Peter’s work is guided by a simple belief: while changing the entire world may not be possible, changing one life at a time is. Through hypnotherapy, he supports individuals in gaining clarity, confidence, and emotional balance, helping them move forward with greater peace and purpose.

How Does The Julius Hypnotherapy Method Work?

Free No-Obligation 25-Minute Discovery Call
To establish if we are the right fit for each other, I offer a free 25-minute video conversation over Zoom. I will use this time to find out more about you and ask questions to see if I can help you. If it isn't a good fit, I will let you know and point you in the right direction. Once we have established that we will work together, I will send you a Client Intake Form and my Terms & Conditions, which you will need to sign and return with your payment before scheduling a session with me.
The Hypnosis Session
The session will be done over the internet and will last approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. If we need a little extra time, I always ask my clients to block out three hours. During the initial 25-minute consultation, we will review the information you have given me and clarify exactly what you want to do and how you want to be. This will be followed by a transformation deep talk and hypnosis session, which includes hypnosis and regression to find the root cause of the issue. Your session is completed with Reframing Transformation - a deeply powerful process that gently installs positive new suggestions into your subconscious mind, supporting real and lasting change.
Your Personalised Self-Hypnosis Recording
After our session, I create a bespoke self-hypnosis recording made specifically for you, based on everything we uncover and transform together.
It reframes old, limiting patterns into positive, supportive beliefs and helps your mind integrate the changes on a deep subconscious level. You will listen to this recording daily for a minimum of 21 days.
Repetition is how the subconscious mind learns and creates lasting change. You can listen on your phone or computer, and the recording is yours to keep for life. Your results depend on your commitment - this is where real transformation is anchored.
Post-Session Support & Follow-Up
Lasting change comes from integration and consistency. Your results depend on listening to your personalised recording daily for a minimum of 21 days - this is where the work settles and becomes part of you.
You are not left on your own. We meet for a one-hour follow-up 10 days after your session, and again one month later, to review your progress, address anything that has surfaced, and ensure everything is moving in the right direction.
If needed, I provide additional tools and guidance to support your continued transformation.

I have to confess that it was my first time that I have done a hypnosis session.
